Took our car in for a sunroof ...

Took our car in for a sunroof installation May of 2012 and got the car back with damage to the hood--dent and paint scrape. Called requesting the owner to give me a call and sent an e-mail requesting the same and got no reponse.

Best Accessories and Service Around

I recently was referred to Auto FX by a local dealership after purchasing a new vehicle. I wanted to tint my windows and get a quote on a 6"" suspension lift. I picked up my truck a few days later and it was much taller than when I had dropped it off. Best Mustang I`ve Ever Owned

I just bought my second S197 Mustang GT, this one being a Cali Special modded by AutoFX and I have to say it`s the best I`ve ever owned. Having driven a 2008 GT/CS before and comparing it to the GT/CS that AutoFX modded I have to tell you it is lightyears beyond the other one.

With a fucntional Shaker Ram Air kit, my hood scoop actually works and delivers even more torque than the last one. They did an aweso... view moreme job on the lowering kit as well, and camber giving me superior handling. It must be that midas touch, because this GT/CS done by AutoFX will run away from the competition.

The Borla exhaust they installed gives my stang an awesome throaty sound that is simply intimidating.

With the sleek tint job to go with it, I am a real head turner on the streets and with the performance parts done by AutoFX I can walk the walk.

I thought I would miss my old GT/CS even a little, and after driving the new GT/CS modded by AutoFX I couldn`t drive anything else.

I can`t say enough how pleased I am with what they`ve done. Rest assured these guys will get you what you want, at the price you can afford and give you something to stomp about on the happy pedal.

Avoid doing business with AutoFX

Made a deposit on wheels for my GT500. I was told he only had the front set of wheels available and that the rear set needed to be ordered. I cancelled the order a few hours later only to have Auto Fx tell me the next day that they are already being shipped complete. They wouldnt cancel my deposit without charging me ""restocking"" fees as well as shipment fees. I find it hard to believe an order could be shipped in ... view morethat short of time and charging a ""restocking"" fee is riduculous. I recommend never doing business with this rip-off company and Im alerting all Mustang car clubs in the Northwest.

Will never use them again

I purchased a car from a local ford dealer. It had work done to it ""a body kit and wheels"" done by this company auto fx.
After about six months i noticed a few indentations on the rear trunk lid where they replaced the factory spoiler with an aftermarket version. I spoke to somone at auto fx about it and they said it was normal and their was nothing they could do about it.
After a little more time i went to h... view moreave some work done on my car and had it on a lift. The side skirts had paint splatter. After having this car for over a year i have since realized they lowered it incorrectly, put tires i have never heard of that are horrible and used the cheapest garbage parts you can find to do this car. I still deal with the same ford dealership but i will never let these guys touch my car. I also have friends who have had similer experiences with auto fx`s work. Do yourself a favor. Steer clear of this company.
