Best shop in the area

Thoroughbred was recommended by my insurance company as a preferred shop. And it is preferred for a reason! This shop has it figured out as far as service and quality work goes. The staff is easy to deal with and will explain everything in detail that they are doing. They are very knowledgeble about the repairs and how to handle insurance claims. I had no problems with my claim and the my car looks like it just ... view morerolled off of the lot. I wish I hadn`t gotten into the accident in the first place, but I am glad I went to Thoroughbred for the repairs.

Poor customer service, no attention to detail

I took my car here recently. Upon first pick-up of my car I discovered that sanding marks under the paint were clearly visible, there was a fair amount of overspray on parts of the car that weren`t even part of the repair, and my headlight was way out of alignment. The staff would not re-check the work either. It also took two more subsequent trips to get the paint issues corrected.

A month later I took my car... view more to the Thoroughbred in Bothell and they were happy to look at the car. Within 20 minutes they discovered that the core support was not aligned properly during the first repair (This was my exact complaint in the first place that the Auburn shop denied). Another 20 minutes and the core support was fixed and the headlight alignment was good as new.
