NWMS Rocks!! Sometimes some people I have heard have bad, and good experiences at all dealers. Mine started ok with these guys over the phone getting a deal worked up. They were decent on my trade in and got me a great rate on a older 2002 Dodge Cummins. My trouble began when 100 miles down the road the Torque Converter went out in this truck!!! I was not happy. Mr. Carmine Ostrem went out of his way on good faith and had my truck repaired for me!!! Then when I got home the Injection Pump and Fuel pump went out!! DON`T BUY HERE!!!

Four days after buying a truck from here, the truck blew up on the freeway. Upon calling the dealership, we were told "it wasn`t their problem." The next day after going to the dealership to remove the "warranty", we were told they would`ve paid for towing & fixed the truck. Several weeks later we received a red light camera ticket, someone had completely blown the red light & the dealersh... view moreip never bothered to transferring the registration. Now they are giving us the run around on who is going to pay the ticket. Save yourself some time & aggravation; buy elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! RUN FROM HERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! The people who work here are the most dishonest disrespectful I have ever met. Especially copnsidering their job is customer service. Perhaps they need a class on what that means. BUYER BEWARE! These people are a joke! After doing everything over the phone on a car I really liked and them agreeing that everything was ready for me. I drove 7hrs, from southern Oregon to buy this car. When I got there they didn`t even have the car I drove there for. They agreed to make it right and sell me a similar car and make it all work out. Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware! I was encouraged by the salesman, Ron Rudd, to buy a 3,000 extended warranty with my car. I had problems with the car within a month of buying it. When I tried to use the extended warranty I was told my warranty was void because my car had aftermarket equipment on it. But I bought the car that way! I have purchased two vehicles ...

I have purchased two vehicles from northwest Motorsport one was a 2006 dodge 1500 with 86,000 miles on it. The other was a 93` Toyota tercel with 156,000 miles on it. The Toyota was for my son who is in high school and fit his needs perfectly. I still own the dodge and love it. I have had to do the normal and required maintance on my truck and have had no mechanical problems with it. My husband and I have been sea...

My husband and I have been searching for a new truck for what seems like weeks now. We drove pretty far out of our way to see the selection at Northwest Motor Sports. We were not disappointed. The sales guy we were working with was awesome; he really did care about our finances and finding us the perfect truck. We drove off the lot that day with our new 2005 Chevy Silverado.

My boyfriend and I recently bo...

My boyfriend and I recently bought the coolest truck I have ever seen from Northwest Motor. I may be biased thinking it is so cool, because it is ours, either way it is awesome! We got a great deal on a 1999 F-250, which has surprisingly low mileage. They also lifted it for us there too. We love the truck and could not thank North West enough for being so helpful when we bought it.
