I wish I could give "0" stars....
I wish I could give "0" stars. After 2 weeks of a job that had been estimated to take less than a week, he owner surprised me with a bill for over 2 times the amount of the estimate for work on my RV. There had never been any discussion or notification that they were doing extra work to complete the job that would result in a bigger bill. The additional work was not a result of my request for additional wor... view morek. I was willing to pay the amount of the original estimate. When I refused to pay the difference, the owner lost control of his emotions, started shouting at me, and angrily refused to let me leave. He was became outraged to the point that I feared for my safety, and had to call the local police to assist me. The policeman arrived quickly, and was very helpful in assisting me in being able to leave. Interestingly, a week earlier, the owner`s son displayed the same out of control behavior. My recommendation is his place be avoided. There are plenty of other companies who do the same sort of work. It`s a shame, because the other staff, the fellows who do the actual work, are very pleasant, and do as best they can, given the environment in which they work. I have owned RVs for over 10 years, am not a novice to having repairs, maintenance, and improvements made to my RV. I simply have never been treated with such hostility and apparent price gouging. YMMV of course.
