Best Service Guranteed

My experiences with Performance Nissan (now magic nissan) has been very positive. These guys have been taken good care of my 2005 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SE. Steve and brian (Servicce Managers) have been outstanding and spectacular especially in difficult situations. They`re both indeed TRUE Professionals-calm, solution-oriented, respectful and very helpful.
Both were very instrumental in resolving an ABS system on my c... view morear. They offered me rentals and best of advise. Also while I was on a 6 month deployment, Steve helped my wife a lot especially when she presented Service coupons etc. Plus their service fees are fairly reasonable. I`m even thinking about buying an electric vehicle from there. An awesome experience overall.

Drive PAST Performance Nissan!

Horrible experience. After the typical ""let me check with my manager"" baloney, I finally bought a Pathfinder. While completing the paperwork with the financial guy, he randomly added $200 to the bill! Coincidentally, I was being interrupted by one of the smooth ""closers"" at that time, so didn`t catch it until I re-read the paperwork before signing. I wonder how many times a day they sneak a couple hundred dol... view morelars from their victims!?!?! This guy also gave me the hard-sell on the warranty, which I declined, telling him, ""If you`re telling me this car is going to break down in the next 90 days, I don`t want it!"" Went back the NEXT day when I found my taillight was out and the manager said, ""Well you didn`t buy the extended warranty."" I made it very clear - very loudly - that I wasn`t happy with their shady ways and my taillight was quickly fixed.
No one wants to deal with used-car salesmen, but these guys bring it to a new low --- DRIVE PAST PERFORMANCE NISSAN!!!!

Awesome Service

Awesome service, really takes care of the military folks! Love my Titan and wouldn`t consider driving any other truck.
