Best I ever had

I have been taking my car`s to Everett Auto Clinic for the past 10 Years. They have always been great to work with, as well as professional, and quick. The Tech that has worked on my car is Larry. I always have him do the work. He is honest and upfront. They have never ripped me off like other places I have gone to, and I would definately recommed them to anyone!

Worst Auto Repair Clinic I Have Been To

We took our car to EVERETT AUTO CLINIC, at 3120 Rucker Ave, Everett, Washington. When we got the car back one of the hubcaps was missing, and they did not put one of the brake pads back on, which would have ruined the brake rotor and could have caused the car to crash on the highway. Worst Repair Shop I have Ever Dealt With

I took my car in 4 times and paid them almost $3000 but the issue was never fixed. I finally took I to the dealer and I had a clogged oil pump. But unfortunately I had wasted too much time and money at Everett auto clinic... My engine was starving for oil and had been damaged from the lack of oil. They had told me just the day before that my engine was consuming oil! Now I`m getting a new engine and all the new parts... view more I paid for are being scrapped. I wouldn`t recommend ths shop to my worst enemy. They chased the symptoms but never found the root cause. They care about making money, not their customers. And to top it off their rates are too high... The dealer is cheaper and more knowledgeable!!

Worst experiance I have had

I used this repair place for a few years. But in the last two years they have become awful. I had 1200.00 worth of work done on a problem and it was delivered with the same problem. They said what we did did not fix it so it will cost more money to troubleshoot it and then a possible that is will cost me 100`s more. Worst car repair experience EVER!!

After 3 days and almost $700 my car was returned with exactly the same problem it had when taken in to shop. All the problems they fixed were not present when car taken in for repair. I strongly recommend that no one take their car to this shop for repair!

I am from the east side of washinton. My son`s car was broken while he was working in Everett. By the recomendation of a co-worker he took his car to Everett auto clinic. The were very good about keeping the car for three weeks for me and waiting for payment until I was able to pick it up. The are very friendly and couteous to their customers.

Then the nightmare began. After leaving their shop and filling up t... view morehe gas tank with full confidence the car would make it back to the tri-cities, it went about 4 blocks before the same problem started again. My son was driving the car in heavy traffic with it dieing at every stop light. The shop let us bring it back in so the could run another diagnostic(at no charge thank God). After two more hours we took the car and headed out. We went about 2 miles before we had to stop and wait the night to try to bring it home.

I called the shop back and asked them if the would consider buying the car from me and their answer was straight NO. The already had to many cars. I would not recomend this shop to anyone.
