Reviews:
Ballard Automotive Goes The Extra Mile
Ballard Automotive has always been very honest with us, even when its meant they didn`t make money. We`ve always been happy with their work on repairs, lubes and tune-ups. Plus they`ve gone above and beyond the call of duty for me more than once. I had a dent in the bumper, and the body shops wanted $500+ to fix it, so I just figured I`d live with it. Months later I dropped the car at Ballard Automotive for an o... view moreil change. I paid for it and when I got home and saw that side of the car, I noticed they`d pounded the dent out for me. They didn`t charge me. They didn`t even tell me they`d done it. What a nice surprise!
Last year I had to drop the car off for an emergency repair and was going to ride my son`s bike home. When I got the bike out of the car, they noticed its tires were low, and filled them with air before I left.
And another time the car started making intermittent but loud squealing noises. A few days later it suddenly got very loud. I was at a store near Ballard Automotive when I called them, and they told me to swing by on my way home and they`d take a quick look. It was just a noisy power steering belt, and they said if we could stand the noise, the repair could wait. They didn`t even charge me for looking at the car.
