I purchased from this company ...

I purchased from this company and was told they stand behind of every sale...BS! They never fullfilled a Due Bill after several attempts and stall tactics. I also had to replace the transmission May 2011 and I purchased the SUV November 2010. Do not buy from here. There are too many other deserving/stand-up companies to buy from.

Giant hole in truck bed hidden

I bought a full sized diesel truck from auto pointe for my first vehicle, I am only a teenager. They were very nice to me when I bought the truck, and gave me what I thought was a good deal. The truck came with a brand new drop in bed liner. A year later when I wanted to upgrade to a spray in liner, lineX found there was a very large hole in the bed from a mount used to haul 5th wheels. Maaco in Everett did a perfect... view more job of repairing the hole. I contacted auto pointe and demanded to be compensated. They were very rude, and after contacting the BBB with a complaint, the auto pointe pulled out my contract. They were right, I bought it as is, but they claim they didn`t put the bed liner in there to cover it up. But they also DID NOT INSPECT THEIR TRUCK. Be very careful about doing business with them.
