Warranty doesn`t include everything - Be careful
After a break-in several years ago, Alki Auto Body repaired the rear hatch of my wagon. Recently, when the window tint failed on one window, they informed me that the tint work was subbed out, that their warranty doesn`t cover subbed out work, and because the company who did the work is out of business, they don`t have an avenue to repair the work under warranty. Oscar at Alki Auto has been somewhat responsive, and... view more I can see his point of view, but believe that this issue should have just been taken care of. In short, if you go there, make sure that all work done has a warranty that covers you.

Honest and Inexpensive compared to others
I have had my Honda Odyssey nearly totaled TWICE. The first time, my insurance company recommended Alki Auto Body. I got two other quotes anyway but Alki was WAY cheaper. Both times, they did a really good job. You never would have known my mini van had $10,000+ in damages. each time. And, they made me feel confident that my van hadn`t suffered any damage to its frame. I was really worried that it was ""bent"" ... view moreand would drive weird even though it looked normal again. They told me (both times) that though it was badly damaged, it was structurally sound. It`s been almost 2 years now and my Odyssey is great. I`m writing this review bc Oscar at Alki Auto Body (which is in Georgetown, btw) is a really honest guy and they didn`t have a review on Citysearch. Thought I`d be the first!
