Something is fishy about that one negative review. I have had the best of luck with Eagle. Total integrity. No gouging or ""extras"" and they are technically capable even for esoteric stuff. Five stars, two thumbs up.

Great customer service at a great price.

I have taken my car to Eagle Tire and Automotive in Federal Way and they have done an outstanding job. They do all my cars maintenance and have exceeded my expectations every single time. If there is a problem a manager will come and explain the issue to you and show you what they are talking about. What I like even more is when you get done taking your care to get it serviced there they will take the time and send y... view moreou a thank you card for allowing them the opportunity to service your vehicle. I would much rather pay a few bucks more than Walmart to get an oil change and get a competent mechanic rather than a high school kid who just came from McDonalds.

Never again

I am young and very unintelligent when it comes to cars. I put my trust in the guys at eagle tire automotive, and they not only lost my trust, but my business too. They are crooks looking to make the next dollar. They go around and around about this and that and never get to the point.
