Do NOT buy from them. They have no inventory. David (internet specialist) talks over you, Bobby (new car manager) yells at you over the phone. And tell you that your phone volume is set too high. If English is your second language, don`t go there. Bobby would say "we have language barrier". I felt discrimination from him.

Sims Honda uses deceptive tactics to sell you products that they know wont apply to your situation. The salesman didn`t want me to inspect the vehicle thoroughly I found later that the tires were not the correct size for the vehicle and the spare was useless because it was the original.I would not recommend sims Honda.

100% True Professional Eryn Hubbard

I met Eryn Hubbard yesterday and today I`m leaving with a Honda Fit from Sims Honda in Mount Vernon, WA! Great experience - Eryn is knowledgeable and excited about the Honda products - he listens well to needs and wishes, as well as being a very personable young man. Super place to get a new car!

Service with a smile :)

My boyfriend and I went to Sims Honda looking for a vehicle we thought would be hard to find due to our budget. Unbelievable!

We have enjoyed Honda vehicles for about 30 years. However, my recent experience with Sims Honda left me baffled, shocked actually. After a careless driver rear-ended my beautiful Accura & it was totaled, I decided to lease a Civic. Unfortunately I have a foreclosure on my credit report--buying that condo was the ONLY one mistake I`ve made in managing my finances. Have ALWAYS paid all my bills in full & on time. Wha... view moret shocked me was when my son [a VP at Hewlett Packard with a great credit history] applied to co-sign, Sims Honda still denied the lease! The lease was for a measly $200/month for 36 months! I have a great job & making the payments would NOT have an issue at all! Sims wanted proof that I no longer owned the foreclosed property in Florida. Apparently it was not enough proof that here we are in WA for the past year, thousands of miles away from FL. This experience has definitely left a VERY sour taste for Honda. I wonder how Sims earned the President Award for customer service so many times. Is this the best Honda can offer nationwide ?

I like dealing with straight-shooters at Sims Honda

I was first introduced to the folks at Sims in 1999. I bought a used Geo Metro, and felt I was treated fairly and got a good deal.

I wasn`t sure about buying a used 1996 Geo at a Honda store, but they impressed upon me that they only keep the good stuff, and they sell the cars that don`t measure up to other dealers to sell...think about that one!

The Geo was in great shape and it served my needs at the... view more time. In 2000 I found a nice 1993 Honda Accord there that I bought for my father. October 2010, and he is still driving it!!

This is a top-flite dealership that goes the extra mile to make sure customers are treated fairly. I am a bit taken aback by some of the reviews I have seen here because I know these folks are willing to listen, and make sure folks are treated right.

The Founder, Vern Sims, is at the dealership all the time and always has a friendly smile for me whenever I visit.

Didn`t expect it

I definatly didn`t expect the kind of service and hospitality that I got when I purchased my car from Sims Honda. I was looking for a commuter type of car. After not having a lot of luck at other places I decided to go into Sims to see what they could offer me.
I didn`t expect the experiance that I had and has made me a life time customer to Sims Honda. I drove around looking for the type of car I was looking to ... view morebuy. After finding the car (a sweet 92 Accord) I stopped and looked around it. I was approached by a sales guy that blew me away. His name is Mark Sumner. He did a wonderful job with listening to what I wanted and was very courtious to me. He showed my around the car and offered a test drive. When we got done with the test drive he walked me around the dealership and showed me the service department, keep in mind this was the first time anyone has done this, he seemed very proud of the dealership! Now the hard part.......the negotiating process, IT WAS SO EASY! I told him what I had for money and he went back to the office, came back out after about 5 minutes and shook my hand. The cool part about this is Mr. Sims came by and said hello.....the owner of Sims Honda! Wow blew me away!
I have since purchased one more used car from Sims and will continue to be a customer to Mr. Sims, Mark Sumner and Sims Honda!

100% Professional Sales Staff

Recently my brother and I purchased a used Explorer from Sims Honda in Burlington, WA. I remember when we left the house talking about not wanting to get screwed with by the typical salesperson.
