Great Customer Service

We have purchased two vehicles from Dick Hannah in Kelso and have been very happy. They epitomize service with a smile - everyone is welcoming and friendly. Pleasant People and Super Service

I`ve been taking my 2001 Camry there for years and they`ve always taken good care of me. Everyone is friendly, they explain problems in a way that I understand and also let me know which problems can wait and which should be seen to right away. I like the email reminder of my appointment. I still get over 30 mpg and I have over 160,000 miles on the car so I think they are doing a great job.

Good Service As Always

I called and scheduled an oil change and inspection for our Toyota 4 Runner. They were very polite & professional over the phone. They also called and sent me an email to remind me of my appointment. When I got there they were right there to get me and my car taken care of. They gave me a specific time that it would take, but it took less time then was indicated. I waited in their ""waiting"" area which is always cle... view morean, and they have coffee & tea and a snack machine. I actually like going there when its time, and I`m never disappointed.

Unbelieveable Service

I continue to be impressed with the service at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. In my most recent visit I requested diagnoses of an electrical problem with my Tundra. Within five minutes of moving my vehicle into the service are, the service foreman was reporting the finding. Great Service

Everyone wants a new car but no one likes the process. However, Long made the process ""pain-free"". I told Long exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, he listened and I got exactly what I wanted.....Of all the salesman I dealt with, I believe that Long is the best. When it`s time for me to upgrade, I look forward to buying my next car from here!!

great car service

Just bought a 2006 Toyota prius from another dealer in Oregon only to find out that the oil was over filled, the filters were filthy and car needed brake work. Mary was very polite, friendly and helpful. We were also provided with transportation. This was kind of fun. We were dropped of at the star bucks, went shopping and then were picked up and brought home. When car was ready the really nice driver picked us up a... view moregain. The car was even washed and vacuumed, no extra charge. Everyone one we came into contact with took the time to politely answer any questions.

Best Car Purchase Experience

We stopped by after hours to look at a truck and ended up buying one.
Barbie Torgeson was very friendly, stayed until 11pm and helped us get the truck we wanted!
