Always had a good experience at A-1. A couple of times over the years I`ve had a disagreement with them, but even then, they seemed to have the `the customer is always right` attitude and satisfied my needs. Good folks.

Sad

I dont write bad reviews but this time I have to. Bought a strater for my car got it half way in to find out it was the wrong one. Tried to return it but the guy across the counter said that it was installed and non returnable. I explained the problem with the starter not fitting correctly and why it was the wrong one. they didnt have the correct starter after all and the counter person was rude. The store is disorga... view morenized and not very clean will not shop there again. P.S. NAPA had the correct starter for less money!!
