These folks are great. They are part of the community and have been for years. Pretty sure the one bad rating was the person`s fault and wants to blame someone else. They aren`t some multi-site cookie cutter McDonalds. Custom personalized and prompt service every time. They take responsibility for their work. This is based on thousands of dollars in in tires and care over the years.

Dishonest shop! Stay away!

I took my car in for a tune up, and they broke off 2 spark plugs, then charged me 600$ to get them out. I know that the plugs weren`t in there tight, because I had just took them out to inspect them a week before. After talking to a few people, I keep hearing the same thing over and over. They break stuff just to fix it, and charge you an arm and a leg.

This place is dishonest. Stay away.

Honest and fair

I had some work done here a couple weeks ago. They were fast, diligent, and friendly and performed the job to my satisfaction for a fair price. I will be going back when I need more done. I feel these folks are honest and fair.

Wow, honesty! Nice change

These guys are really great. Not only do they have whatever you might need to repair your car, but they don`t try to sell me stuff I don`t need. I REALLY appreciate that! Everywhere else I go, they try to get me to buy this or buy that, but these guys tell me exactly what I need and don`t push anything else on me. Letter from Customer

Dear Ron,

This morning I realized that one of the tires on our car was getting pretty low on air pressure. I thought it had enough pressure to make it a couple of miles and remembered driving past your Store every morning on the way to work. I?m normally a Les Schwab or Tire Factory patron but didn?t think I could make it that far. I did think that I could make it to your store since it was only a couple of ... view moremiles away.

When I arrived at your Store I met one of your folks in the service bay. I told him that I thought my tire was going flat. He immediately directed me to a side lift bay and looked at the tire. He asked me if I had the key lug to unlock the tires. I had no idea what he was talking about, so he showed me and both of us started looking for the key lug. He said that sometimes they kept the key lugs in with the spare tire so we looked and there it was. He took off the tire, found a screw imbedded in the tread and proceeded to fix the flat tire. Not only did he repair the screw hole, but afterwards he dunked the tire into a water bath to check further for leaks. In the mean time someone from the office came out and offered me a free 15 point safety inspection which I had to turn down because of time. The attendant finished my tire repair and made sure all the lug bolts were properly torque then checked the rest of my tires for pressure.

I have never shopped at you Store before, this was my first time. I completely expected to be charged at least $25.00 for stopping in unannounced and having my tire fixed. I was shocked and surprised when your billing person said that the total charge was $13.00!

I can?t remember having a better experience at a auto shop than today at your Store! Thank you and your folks for helping me and I was very glad to see that you also do automobile service and repair.

Best service, most knowledgeable, friendly staff

This is the best place in town! They are very friendly and professional, and they offer really competitive rates. Everything is guaranteed and when you buy your tires there, they do all flat repairs for free, rotate for free and there`s always a nice, fresh, hot cup of coffee waiting for you ( and donuts every Friday!). Since they are also a full service automotive repair shop, I can have all my vehicle work done at the same place. Ron is one of the good guys

Ron takes care of all ours cars and RVs. You can trust him, if he says something is brocken it is brocken. Ron has never done anything that would question his workmanship!
