As an owner of Mac`s Radiator

As a business owner i feel i must stand up for my employees when they are unfairly accused of ""ripping off"" people. This is one of those cases. Amanda posted this review on August 8, 2011 The $900.00 in service she refers to was completed on August 16th 2007.... Amanda did return in March of 2009 (2 years later) and we diagnosed leaking freeze plugs (They were not leaking 2 years before when we had the van in) A... view moret that time she said she wanted to think about it. I have no idea and cant begin to understand what could have prompted her to write such a completely misleading comment.

HORRIBLE, RIPOFF! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

RIPOFF!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE. I took my van here because it was overheating, and they charged me $900 for a complete radiator/coolant/hosese/thermostat replacement, but they didn`t change the freeze plugs, so MY VAN STILL OVERHEATS. they refused to help me, and now want to charge me another $300!!! Avoid this horrific, incompetent, rude shop. Go instead to McCollum`s Automotive, Foreign Affairs, as they treat female... view more customers right. DO NOT GO TO MAC`S UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND ON REPAIRS NOT DONE, AND EXTRA TIME TO SPEND ARGUING ABOUT IT. By the way, I`m handy, and have replaced batteries, tires, alternators, serpentine belts, all sorts of stuff on cars. I KNOW WHEN I`M BEING SCREWED. I`ve actually worked in automotive shops and repair shops before.
