We bought a car for my daughter here
We bought a car for my daughter here (1st car for her) drove it home turned it off then it wouldn`t turn back on. We bought a new battery and it started but only lasted for a couple hours. Called them and they said to bring it back in and they would fix it. We had to TOW it back in and then they said its the alternator but WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!!!! They won`t give us our money back or give us another car. If we wan... view moret to trade for a different vehicle we have to pay more money. Do not but anything from these thieves. They tell you one thing on the phone then another thing in person. A car lot with good customer service would bite the $125 they are trying to charge us for the alternator or give us another car at the same cost. LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!
I recently bought a seemingly nice `03 Mitsu. Eclipse from these guys. Everything went well sale was pressure free, fun even. But two days into it i realize the true nature of this company. The car was fixed up just enough to pull a hundred miles or so out of her and the clutch went out. The thermostat is no good. Needs work. I tried many times to get ahold of these guys they ran me around looking for ""this guy and ... view morethat other guy"" and now like magic my phone calls arent even answered. I don`t care anymore, I spent the money, fixed the thing myself. i`ll mail them the bill but im sure it will end up in the furnace. =) Long story short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EASTSIDE AUTO SALES!! save yourself some grief. I got taken for a fool. Don`t let it happen to you. Hope this helps even one person avoid an expensive mistake. Good Luck.

ripped-off
Son bought a 95 ford contour, and within 1st week car broke down, would not give him his money back, he put a large sum down to buy this car, for two more weeks they put him off and now they said it`s fixed and he owes for half the repair plus the balance on the car. now it seems to me there is a law against deceptive sales practices, especially when he told my son in front of a witness they had drove the car and it ... view moredrove great. And when a car breaks down right after you buy it within the 1st week you should be able to get your money back...I think the media should know about this...so it`s made public not to buy a car from a dealer who cons people innto buying cars they know are going to break down, and sell them as is without letting people know what they are buying.

Good Car, Buy From Them
We had looked at a 1996 Ford Explorer that has everything. before getting the car. they had greeted us and helped out with all questions we had and let us take it for a test drive including taking it to DEQ and it passed with flying colors. they even took us to there other 2 lots which are down the street from lot 3. we choose to go get the Ford Explorer. They did not pressure us in to getting the car they let us tak... view moree our time and was considerate with everything.. We got a really good deal with them and we looked at other lots as well but they would not give us what we wanted and did not answer questions so we went back to Eastside auto sales lot 3. So i disagree with the other comments on here.. We are satisfied

Me and my wife bought a 95 Dodge Intrepid the customer service was lousy, after 3 days of owning the car the transmission went out it cost us 800 to repair we asked them if they could help and they told us it is your problem now i would only recommend them if u want to get ripped off they are shady and some of the worst people in the world DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shifty
I went in to check out a Subaru Legacy. I asked the salesman ""what can you tell me about this car?"" His response was, ""What do you want to know?""
I asked if there was anything wrong with the car and he said that everything worked great! Immediately following that statement I tried out the parking break. It wouldn`t set. I showed the saleman and his response was , ""I don`t know what to tell ya about t... view morehat."" I then took the car on a test drive. As I was driving up a hill smoke started coming out of the hood.
Enough said.
