Great dealership!

I walked in D&C motorz looking for a Audi A4. Sure enough D&C had the A4 I was looking for! Nick was very helpful and friendly, he made the process- both buying and picking up my vehicle relatively easy! I was skeptical at first to buy a used vehicle but as I can not afford a new one I went forth with the purchase. It`s been a year since and the car runs great!! Same old same old

I went into this dealership on the recommendation of a friend. I am now questioning our friendship. This started out great, the guys are super nice and really know their stuff. They certainly didn`t push me into something I didn`t want. My partner and I bought a beautiful Volvo wagon which was accompanied by a story involving a mother who traded in the Volvo for a convertible Mercedes. Cute story --- pointless i... view moret turns out. After buying the car it took us 3 months to get the plates. Turns out Mr. Love isn`t as honest as he seems. The car was bought at an auction -- this was never disclosed to me even after I had said how I didn`t want an auction car. It took my bank and the title company dozens of calls to get the right paperwork to get our plates. Why? Why was this such an issue? Why couldn`t you give me the plates that came with the car? And why did you have to lie about where the car came from? I trusted this business and I should have known better. I will not recommend them to anyone.
