We had a great car buying experience with Burien Toyota

Many thanks to Kevin Kuran and Tim Holmquist for all their help. We`d gladly recommend them to our friends, colleagues, and family. We knew what vehicle we wanted and were ready to buy when we visited Burien. They didn`t have the exact vehicle we wanted on the lot and needed get it in from another dealer. We agreed on a price quickly and left a deposit. The whole thing took about 45 mins. The next day, the ... view morevehicle was ready for us to pick up. There was more paperwork to do this time. But we were in and out with our new vehicle in maybe an hour and a half. We experienced none of the car salesman `tricks` that sometime plague the industry. No high pressure sales tactics. No misinformation. No leaving us to wait while the salesperson talks to his manager. No long drawn out negotiations to get to the right price. No changing the deal afterwards. No pressuring us to buy extras and add-ons we didn`t want like fabric protectant or extended warranties. Throughout the entire process, everyone at Burien was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and straightforward to deal with.

kind and efficient

Last week I brought my Toyota Tacoma truck in to be checked for what was thought to be leakage around the left front strut and the right side of the power steering rack. I was given a loaner as it was initially thought the truck might have to stay overnight. I did not check my voice mail on my cell phone and had the car for an extra day. My apologies for the goof.
