DONT RISK YOUR VEHICLE ON THIS SHOP

First of all, don`t get fool on their sign ""we pay deductible"". The shop pay deductible ONLY if their is a lot of work to be done on you vehicle. They will overcharge your insurance just to make up for the deductible. If you have a small work to be done, you will have to pay deductible because the owner will try to reduced it but not as they are advertised for ""We pay deductible"". I would highly recommend to g... view moreo to reliable shop that the insurance recommend instead of going to this small shop. The owner is not reliable. He promised you a date that your car will be done, then he calls you couple days later that your car is not done because the parts didn`t arrive, then few days you get a call promising you AGAIN a date to finish and tell you that their own equipment to finish the job was broken so they have to wait for someone to repair their equipment. He will make excuses to hold your vehicle longer, so they can make more money out of you. If i only know that this will happen, I should have went to preferred shop by the insurance and pay my deductible. The reason why I`m writing this review is based on my own experience with this shop and owner with my vehicle. My vehicle has some minor work needs to be done. According to the estimator from the insurance, the work total including the painting and finishing is total 11 hours. According to this shop, it will take 4 days to finish. Got a call from the owner of the shop after 4 days that it wont be done for another 5 days. Total days 9 days that my vehicle is sitting on their shop. Drove by their shop my vehicle was sitting on the same spot for few days. it was never moved or work on. I`ve called around few shop around the area they said it should only take 3-4 day to finish the work done. So now my car was out of commission for 9 days instead of 4 days. I would rather pay the deductible than going to this shop. If you have insurance, i would highly recommend to go to their preferred shop and pay your deductible. DON`T RISK YOUR VEHICLE BY GOING TO THIS SHOP. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYBODY. Don`t trust the other reviews. they were made by the owner of the shop.

Very Profressional

Took my 06` BMW 325i in there with small front end damage. They did a very professional impeccable job. Was very impressed, was a bit skeptical at first but was proven wrong. Saved at least 60% from a regular shop charge. Highly recommended~
