Woodinville Shop Great!

I`m glad to have found Carlos and Ricardo at the AAA All Pro Auto Care shop in Woodinville. They`ve delivered great service at a fair price and I feel like I have found a partner who will proactively take care of my vehicle and keep me safe on the road! I highly recommend this shop.

Great Price, Great Service, Qulaity work

I`ve worked with AAA All Pro Auto for the past 9 years. I`ve always had an honest evaluation, a number of options, a great price, and quality work, no matter the age of the vehicle. They recently completed cooling system work on a 2000 Chrysler and charged half the price quoted by the local dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Consistently happy

I really don`t understand the negative reviews, but maybe I`ve always been to AllPro on a good day. I have taken both of my vehicles here for all services for nearly two years and have always been happy with the service, the price, and the results. I had one repair to my 2004 Dodge Dakota that was covered by my extended warranty, and the shop handled it correctly and the warranty company paid most of the bill. T... view morehe first time I took a car into the shop, in early 2009, it was a 1994 Subaru Ipreza with 105K miles, and I thought it was time for a brake job, and possibly a clutch. If they had done both of those jobs I would never have doubted the legitimacy of the charge. After all, how many manual transmission cars will go over 100K on one clutch. But I was told that both systems were OK. That`s when I started taking my cars there regularly; I liked a shop that would give up a guaranteed money-maker because they found it really wasn`t necessary. I have had unnecessary repairs done in other shops; this was a very pleasant reversal. The reason for the mixed reviews? I really have no idea. By the way, I have always done business at the Bellevue shop; I have no clue about the Redmond shop of the same name.

Honest, Excellent Service and Competetive Prices

I needed a head gasket replaced. I went to several places. Some could not figure out what was wrong. One place said I needed the front brakes replaced (I had just had them done a week prior). All Pro Auto got the problem diagnosed correctly and did the work quickly, even staying past closing to get it done. My car is operating wonderfully and it has been over 3 months. All Pro Auto has been around for a long time. Compare their prices to others and you will find honest and excellent service at a good price.

I feel cheated.

They lured me in with a low price and then proceeded to jack the price up with all kinds of ""other"" parts they said needed replacing. They mis-quoted parts costs (50% higher than the list price the dealer quoted when I called to investigate), and tried to scare me into replace parts that didn`t need replacing.

DON`T LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR!

AVOID THIS SHOP

DON`T BRING YOUR CAR HERE...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. CHARGED ME $375.00 TO PUT A CRANK SENSOR IN MY 1997 DODGE INTREPID. WHEN I TRIED TO PAY WITH MY VISA/DEBIT HE SAID CASH ONLY, EVEN WHEN THE WINDOW CLEARLY HAD THE MASTERCARD/VISA LOGO DISPLAYED. AFTER I WENT AND GOT CASH AND WENT TO DRIVE THE CAR HOME IT KEPT DYING EVERYTIME I CAME TO A STOP OR SLOWED DOWN. I NOW HAVE TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO HAVE IT REPAIRED.
