They have lost 30 year customer!!!! Started at the Gorst store. I paid over $300 for a simple 2in. system on a stupid geo metro. One pipe, a cat, a muffler and that is it. Crap, it was only 4 or 5 bends! First trip, the guy welded a bracket to the side of the muffler skin. It tore out. 2nd trip, he used more rod to do the same thing. It tore out (surprise) 3rd trip, a new muffler and preload it over and weld it. Now... view more it tore out the metal of the car instead of the muffler. Give up on Gorst and go to Brem on Callow. They order the muffler, weld on a bracket, redo the bends so it doesn`t hit anything and guess what, they use only 1 1/5" pipe, so I am back where I started and now I don`t even have the system I paid for!!!! Would you just weld a bracket just anywhere on a Classic car, or a Ferrari, or a Porsche, etc.? Even a piece of crap Geo should be treated the same way.
