SCAM ALERT! Bergstrom Lies about service and pricing!
I paid almost 3,000 dollars to have my car serviced by bergstrom. FIRST they installed a caliper wrong, which could have hurt me when it failed on the highway, after alot of yelling I was able to get them to fix the damage they did and provide me with a rental car for the weekend. THEN During the 2nd round of repairs they damaged part of my engine, which caused the vehicle to have an issue with the starter that it DI... view moreD NOT have prior to the repairs. When I contacted them to fix this problem that they had caused, I expected that they would as they pride themselves on being a HONDA CERTIFIED repair shop, and claim that all work is warrantied by honda. They laughed in my face and refused any more help and reminded me that they had been generous with their assistance fixing the last problem they had caused.
They charged me about 40percent markup on all parts, lied about their prices and service time and their service technician Dean Davison was flippant and sarcastic with me throughout the course. Never even said thank you or smiled during the work.
This company is dishonest, and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.
