This is honestly the best place for servicing your vehicle, I have been going there for years. It is such a touchy subject when it comes to car repairs because like most people, I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past. Sometimes it is hard to know what makes a good automotive shop and based on my experiences with both good and bad places, Lutter`s is fantastic! They have the years of experience to fix j... view moreust about anything but more importantly the Lutter`s have the values, business ethics and character that deserves the 5 star rating.

Simply put, Lutters treat your vehicle like their own, and treat you like a friend - specifically a friend who is NOT made of money! They have given me warnings about components that are wearing out, and provided an estimate of how long they are likely to make it - specifically not pressuring me to do the work right away if it`s not that bad. One of the repairs were for brakes that we had done almost a year ago (so they would still be under warrenty) and we had even had them checked out 4 months ago before a trip and were assured they were fine, but this guy charged my husband $400 to fix the front brakes because they were in "horrible shape and would for sure go out during the winter"
