This business deserves a ratin...

This business deserves a rating of NO stars, but this stupid thing won`t let me post this without a rating. Holy sh*t, I`ve never seen worse customer service in my life. The place was recommended to me by a friend, so I called to ask about their services and their prices. Instead of responding with something like "It would be really hard to give you an estimate without inspecting the car b/c costs will vary a lo... view moret depending on the exact services you need," (I can understand that), the d**k who answered the phone started YELLING at me for even asking him this question!!! So here`s my advice...don`t waste your time. This place and these people are a JOKE. And by "these people" I mean people working at Jason`s Imports, not foreigners. I am a foreigner myself, and this is NOT the way we treat people (potential PAYING CUSTOMERS, at that!!)...anywhere. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

Honest Repair Shop

I have been going to Jason Imports since my first car, a 1979 VW Scirocco all the way up to my 2007 Passat turbo with many others in between. they offer honest repairs, don`t try to do additional work you don`t need and will tell you if something will need attention in the future.

Circus at best

This business is a money stealing circus ran by clowns! A check engine light - openly acknowledged to have been caused by a misfire - and:
1. He wants to change sparkplugs that are less than 6 months old.
2. He wants to change the fuel filter (mind you - the car runs fine - we just want the check engine light off).
3. $470 quote for repair - and he acknowledges that this amount and work will not turn the ch... view moreeck engine light off.
So $80 later I`m back on the road - with a check engine light on and god knows what else this clown did to the car. This man is not right - something definitely wrong - and the gal running his front desk took 10 minutes to make change.
Take your care somewhere, anywhere but here. This guy is looking for victims - don`t make the same mistake I did.

Worst foreign repair in southeastern wisconsin

Broke more on the car once they started working on it and denied it. Tried to lock me out of building when I came to confront them about damage. I never raised my voice once, but Nick screamed irrational things at me. Seriously, it was like I was in some wierd dream sequence. Who operates a business like that? Don`t go here! Go to Matt`s in Tosa instead.
