PARTS department have clueless workers

Basically, I wanted to change the rear differential fluid on my CRV. The guy at least knew what the fluid looked like, but when I asked for the washers - he gave me only one instead of two. I asked him to check, and then after like 15min he gave me two 12mm washers. I`ve never done it before on a CRV so I figured the plugs are smaller on a differential ... NOPE, good thing my instincts are enough (but not at th... view moree time of purchase) to verify that I need 20mm washers. This is just a heads up so you don`t think that the PARTS department actually knows anything about cars.
