I went there for a brake change and paid $75 less than a quote from one of the big name brake places. My friend took his truck to this place and they told him he didn`t even need new brakes for a while, so he didn`t pay anything. I got a quote on a tuneup for $120 less than the other places I called. Addendum: Today I went over to this place because Quik Lube told me I need to change my transmission fluid (which, of course, they wanted to do for me). I asked the mechanic, and he told me not to change it for another 40,000 miles. In other words, he could have made an easy $75 off of me and chose to make nothing instead. Awesome

So many 5 star reviews and I got to wonder, "are they worth the hype?". So I have a problem with some squealing brakes and I make the call. So after my visit today I would say they are absolutely worth it. What sets them apart is their customer service. From the phone calls to the drop off process, all the guys I spoke to were incredibly nice, thorough and didn`t act like I was just some dumb a** who kn... view moreows nothing about cars. I dropped my car off and immediately got a a quote. No surprise phone calls with "oh and by the way you need a new colon, kidney and pancreas". The work is honest really, they described my problem and when I picked it up, they showed me the parts they replaced and why. Not once did I ever feel like I was being scammed, taken advantage of or milked like a lot of auto repair shops make me feel. It`s refreshing to go to a mechanic that doesn`t make me feel like I am getting impaled with a broom stick. 20 minutes after driving off I got a phone call to ask how the car felt. Who does that?! They do and believe me it goes a really long way. I am thoroughly pleased with Auto Trust and its staff. They have made a long term customer after today and I plan on recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys do a great job. We had a power steering pump fiasco and recent tire problems along with several other jobs. These folks have really done a good job for me. Sorry if the power steering prolems caused some od the internal strife but these guys just got the job done!
