WAY TO GO!! Joe Dicks at Gary Lang has done us right twice now! A few months ago he got us into a must have used car after our son totaled our Honda. The Gary Lang team even fixed an engine problem on the 2002 (115K miles) Outback without charges. It was going to cost about $2,000 at a non-dealer shop.

We were concerned about getting financed since I have been unemployed for 7 months and have only been at my new job for a few weeks, but Joe and Carl did some working and got us approved then reapproved with a better interest rate in less than 24 hours. I recently bought a 2005 GMC Yukon
I recently bought a 2005 GMC Yukon Denali through Jason at Gary Lang Auto Group. I live in Ohio so the purchase was through the internet and the telephone. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle over the internet, i was very unsure. When I buy such things of value as a vehicle, I am the type of person the item has to be literally perfect. Jason made several video`s of the truck detailing all the little noo... view moreks and crannies and even in his dress clothes, crawled under the truck to video the undercarriage. I can tell you right now, I don`t know of anyone who would have done that!!!!!. The truck ended up being in excellent condition as if it had just come of the assembly line. I am not a fan of car salesman just because of how they try to talk you into buying vehicles of of not so great shape by saying you are getting a good deal. But this isn`t the experience I had with Jason. I have told just about everyone here in OHIO, (GO BUCKS!!!!), of the great experience. I would recommend if you are wanting to buy a car online, Jason and Gary Lang Auto Group is worth checking out!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience!
I had a great experience with the whole group at Gary lang, but particularly with my salesman Cheyne hanoski, he was friendly, professional, and did everything possible to get me the car I was looking for within my budget, and succeeded when I didn`t think it was possible!

Outstanding Job!!
I had a bad experience at my local dealer in Rockford. I drove an hour out of my way because I have had a lot of my friends recommend Gary Layng. I was not disappointed. They put me in the right car, at the price I wanted, in my first color choice with the options I wanted, no heavy duty sales tactics, no hidden surprises. Everyone there treated me like I was a high end customer. I will continue to buy from them, just wish they were closer to home, but well worth the trip. This dealer SUCKS
I`ve always wondered where the name stealership stemmed from. After multiple visits to this so called dealership I`ve quickly found out. My wife and I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder from them back in 2010 (which wasn`t a good experience at all in the first place). More recently we have begun experiencing problems with the vehicle. Specifically with a rattling sound coming from the engine area. ... view more The vehicle is still under warranty and as expected they have claimed that they are unable to ""duplicate customer complaint"". Go figure... On multiple visits the sales/service personnel have been flat out jackasses. They are always very short with us and act like we are nothing but a big nuisance. My wife comes from a family of mechanics that have been Chevrolet Mechanics for 20+ years and they all tell me something is very wrong with the vehicle and they were the ones that suggested that I have it checked out without us even saying anything. The vehicle has already been in once for engine/computer issues and it only has 21,000 miles on it and already sounds like its on its way out. Burns 1 full quart of oil every 900 miles. Went 2100 miles and put in over 2 quarts. I will never step foot into Gary Lang again in my life and I feel sorry for the sorry SOB that does. Good luck, that`s all I have to say is good luck.

Good experience buying used car
We bought a used car for our daughter in college. Jason Nadolski made the experience a good one.....I loathe the hassle of buying cars, new or used.....this was my best experience to date. First of all, do not believe any of these 4 & 5 star reviews. Gary Lang obviously had these reviews put up to counteract their terrible reputation and after dealing with them I must say the poor reputation fits well.
