I have gone to this place maybe 10 times in last 9 years. They used to be honest and did decent work. About a year ago I went in for some creaking noise comming from the driver side front end of the car. They told me it my pass. side spring was broken (after their tech looked at the car for about 2 seconds) which was a nonsence because the noise came from the driver side and spring simply wasn`t broken. When I starte... view mored asking (politely) if they were sure the grumpy guy at the counter acted like "who are you to question our diagnosis!". Needless to say, it wasn`t the spring at all when I took it into Ford dealership. Now, I needed a rear wheel bearing changed recently and I said to myslef "let me go there again. They did good work before. Maybe the last thing was just a glitch". They changed the bearing (while charging $141 for labor which seems high to me), but when I took the car I realized that my brake pedal is pulsating big time when I brake. Again, when I called they told me that my front rotors needed to be machined/changed which is a complete nonsence because the rotors/pads are fairly new and there was nothing wrong whatsoever with brakes/braking when I brought the car in. And again, as soon as I started sounding like the thing might have been caused by them changing the rear wheel bearing, the guy simply said "No, no, no, you are wrong ... we just changed the rear bearing. Have a nice day!" and he hung up on me. Now, it is very clear why their shop seems empty. They are loosing all their business because people have figured out how TERRIBLE they are. DON`T GO THERE! You`ll be treated like you are some dumb guy who should take whateve crap they tell you. I guess I should also say "Shame on me!" because this is clearly one of those "Screw me twice ... " deals.

Repairs don`t last
I have had my car into this shop several times and frankly will not be going back. They replaced the serpentine belt- both part & labor to put it on-3 weeks or so later the new belt broke. The car was towed from Hilander`s (Honnegah rd) to their place (they charged $65) and diagnosed it as a bad belt tensioner-this time just 3 weeks later. Next they put on a new tensioner, a new belt (again)-all parts and labor. ... view more It seems they missed the tensioner problem and therefore got to charge me for towing, a new belt and labor again. Currently my car gives a low-coolant message I took it in and they diagnosed it as a bad coolant sensor-which they charged hundreds to replace. Now a short time later later the light/message has returned I returned to their shop and he said he didn`t know what it could be now because they replaced the sensor after all. Next he suggested it could be the sensor module (this is different than the sensor) and he quoted a price in the 100`s of dollars to put that on. I asked him to look at the car and recheck to see if it wasn`t the sensor and he said that wouldn`t yeild any info- the light has to be on when they look at it. He said there would be no codes in the computers memory. So he told me to continue driving it until -THE LIGHT CAME ON STEADY-well that`s where I was when I brought it in the FIRST TIME. So now I`ve PARTED WITH SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS AND I"M RIGHT BACK WHERE I STARTED. So if your limited on time without your car and money and you want reliability do not use this shop.
