Reviews:
I am not one to slander businesses as I worked in both retail and sales for most of my working life. However, this place is full of crooks. I made a deal with a sales person online to buy a vehicle at a certain price, went in to check out the van and when I went to go sign paperwork was THEN informed that they wouldn`t honor the deal and that the person who contacted me was not a valid sales person. After trying t... view moreo reason with them they agreed to honor the sales price. I went in shortly after getting the van because the AC was broken and my young children were drenched in sweat from lack of ventilation in the van. According to the vehicle check off sheet the AC worked, but they admitted that they knew it was broken, they didn`t want to spend the money to fix it and if I hadn`t of bought it, it would`ve gone to auction. After having an argument with the sales manager he agreed to get the problem fixed & ensured me that it would have a warranty and they would take care of me. Within months the AC quit working again. I brought it back in assuming they would take care of it under warranty, but turns out that they fixed SOME of the problem, and only what was absolutely necessary. They agreed to cover the part that was needed, but charged me $85 for a diagnosis and also would require $700-$800 in labor in order to fix it. No thank you. I took their decals off my vehicle, took off their license plate holder and unless they magically decide to have better morals than that I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them unless they want their pocket book empty.
