Lacking in customer service and communication

We chose Don`s hydro for work on our car because of how long they have been open. You don`t stay in business since the 50`s if you`re not doing quality work.
The staff at Don`s hydro need to take a few classes on providing customer service.
The receptionist is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. She appeared more focused on watching TV in the office than answering my questions. I always felt in t... view morehe dark about the status of my repair. I had to make several phone calls just to get a simple answer of when my vehicle would be finished.
The work they did was ok, but I would not suggest this business if you`re the kind of person who appreciates good customer service...because you will not find that from Don`s hydro.
