They absolutely do make sure you know what is being done to your car before they service and carefully go over your options with you. I have been a patron of Kilmarnock Auto Clinic for years and have never been dissapointed.

HORRIBLE

Stay away. They are the worst. Will not call you back. When you finally get in touch, they give you a huge bill even though they never okayed the work to be done. Classic rip off artists.
