Bad customer service

Had a simialr experience years ago with body work. Hood neve sat right again. Did not fix the alignemnet of the car. Customer service was not good and never made rght on the repair work. Prices were excellent but, I would have paid more to have it done right.

Repeated Poor Quality Service

I took my car to this shop and it stayed over a week and a half . I had ordered a brand new paint job for the whole car. Very simple and clean. I had to go and turn my car back in 3 times because of dripped paint , scratches that wasn`t there plus they say they will do things and turn around and say the convrsation never happend so Im advise unless you have the patience for repeated mistakes dont take your car here!
