I asked some people about where to look at cars around here. My Staff Sargent recommend I get a Toyota, and he suggested stopping in at RK. It was definitely a lot easier than I figured it was going to be. It was extremely easy. They suggested some things, but they weren`t trying to rush me into a deal. I bought my last car at RK Toy...

I bought my last car at RK Toyota. My salesman was good and I was very pleased. They didn`t treat me like a woman, they just helped to get things done. I am very happy with my car and several of my friends love it. I have recommended RK Toyota to them. They treated me very well and to be honest it was a wonderful experience.

It Was Great

They had the Toyota that I wanted. I didn`t need to look anywhere else. It felt more personal that just a sale. The sales guy did very well. And the financing was great too. Marvin is a good guy. He helped me in many ways. The car is great. it`s treating me very well.

Real Good

We looked online and it seemed that RK had a great selection of used Prius cars. It was shockingly good - the salesman and the finance guy. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different models of Prius. We learned a lot from him and I think we got the best one. He never came across as pushy.

Fantastic!

It was great, nice and easy. Most of the time the salesman is up in your face with high pressure, but we enjoyed this one. He had the right attitude, a people person, you know? He knew what he was talking about. We told him we were not going to buy that day and he said that`s fine and he still took time with us explaining all about the car. We would recommended them.

Poor Service

I have just been informed of a second incident of leaking seals in my Toyota Tacoma as a result of poor mechanical service at RK Toyota. Having spent over $2000 at this dealer in 2009, I now have to spend that again in 2010 and 2011 to have the seals replaced. First, for my rear axle, and now, for my engine. The warranty period has expired for both of these servicews, which were performed at RK Toyota in 2009 and,... view more had I known about these problems earlier, the Toyota dealer where I live now would have been able to do the work for free. But that`s not the issue (warranty coverage). The real issue is a bad track record I now have for RK Toyota.
