The shop advised me it was ok to have all the checks from the insurance company go directly to them. After agreeing to that the shop called me 3-4 times a day demanding that I pay them the amount the insurance company owed. The insurance company called the shop multiple times to advise no check was sent to me and all checks were sent directly to them. When i attempted to address the issue the shop manager responded b... view morey interrupting every sentence to tell me why I, the customer was the one at fault. Radley agreed to deal directly with the insurance company for payment. Their staff hounded me with phone calls, none of which had to do with anything other than payment; no status updates on my vehicle or even a friendly check up. I will never use this shop again, and I will remember their poor service whenever I am asked about this dealership or shop.

Purchased a used G35 in June 2010. Mr. Yamil Abed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did not experience any high pressure sales pitch, which is one of the reasons why we ultimately bought the car from Passport.
