Horrible customer service
Don`t take your car to rosner and stay away from Steve. Don`t waste your time scheduling appointments. It means nothing. Had car all day no follow up. Customer has to call them. Never again!!!

One time deal for me!
*I wish there was a zero star rating! And for all these 5 star ratings? IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!
I was sold a used vehicle that was missing a feature used to sell the car. Unfortunately, I didn`t notice it until months later and when I reported it to the sales manager, he refused to reimburse me for the ~1500.00 missing item. Up until this point, I`d been reasonably happy with them though certainly not 5 star happy (Amber... view more was great but she left).
I never followed up on this, but when I purchased my new 50K+ Mercedes Benz, I used a Maryland Benz dealer.
In the end, their dishonesty cost them a life long customer and the fact that I work with numerous other Benz drivers, means that I`ve been referring them to my Maryland dealer.

Money over customers
1st let me say that I don`t read many other reviews as you can see below these are done by staff every couple of days.
The fact is they sold us a new car and we had problems almost immediately.. We had an older car and decided to trade in and due to issues starting from the service dept where they informed us of other potential issues to bump up sales in their service dept so we decided to t... view morerade in the old car for a new one. Much to our disappointment we were sold a brand new car with problems. The facts are they didn`t disclose the new car and how they are now made differently from software to engines from other companies.. The fact is they are not made like they used to be and are not safe as they once were as shown in .. Sorry but you have lost me!

Steve in service
I just purchased an SL 500 and when I returned for my ""We owe"" services I had a few questions about my car I wasn`t shown the day I drove off due to it being late. ANY question I asked Steve he answered like the PRO he is and offered to show as well as tell me about all the wonderful features........Thanks Steve!!!!!

Exellent. My service adviasor, Amber, was absolutely great! She listened and paid attention to what I needed. She advised of future service needed withoit trying to rip me off. She was knowledgeable of what MBUSA was offering when others at the shop had no idea of what summer/travel service was. I was impressed. This was the best service I received from you in over 10 years.
