Not a good start to a relationship

I guess they don`t need my business... Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he doesn`t need my business, but I didn`t like the aggressiveness when I was asking basic questions about their service. If you just want to hand your car over to a mechanic, this might be the place for you. If you want to feel comfortable asking questions, look elsewhere. Best mechanic in the state

I have literally rented a tow dolly and TOWED my wife`s car from Charlottesville to these guys rather than cheat on them with another mechanic. I drive my cars from Charlotteville to Richmond for all my service, my entire family uses these guys.

If I lived in Texas I would still tow my cars to them.

After much research and thought and having people drive my car, I took it to them and left them a blank ... view morecheck, literally, i already trusted them, and told them to replace the clutch and master cylinder just call me if its over $1500.

Butch drove my car, called me to tell me I would get another 30-40,000 miles out of the clutch at which point my car is worthless and I should get a new one anyway and charged me $20 for his time.

I would help these guys dig a hole Good Fella`s style if they asked me to. You are stupid to take your car anywhere but here.

Honest Good Place!

The guys here are pretty awesome. I`ve taken my car here three times now and I`ve never felt like I was going to be lied to or scammed, especially since I am a girl and I have gone to get my car fixed with them alone. I`ve had to get a state inspection with them and I had called the day before asking if I would be able to get it done the next day before lunch time and they said yes. I brought my car in the next da... view morey for an inspection and the guy remembered me calling the night before saying I needed it done before lunch, and when lunch time rolled around, my car was ready to go! Honest guys here who don`t make you feel little for not knowing anything about cars. They are honest with you and give you good quotes. I`ve had my alternator changed here and the cost they quoted me seemed just right maybe even lower than what I had expected! Thanks to these guys for awesome service! Please don`t change!!

Highly recommended.

If you live in the area, this is the place to take your car. No fancy signs or fancy waiting rooms. But, if you want honest service, go here. I took my car in last week and was happy with their service. Great guys.
