Growing up in Hampton Roads in the 1980`s, I found truck shops to be few and far between. Some shops were run out of garages and didn`t know much about lifting or accessorizing trucks. This shop, formerly Eastern off road, was one of the few locations that actually had its own building. Even so, after owning many trucks for several years, there was not a shop that was exciting to visit or where someone could see the latest and greatest products available. After 17 years as a Journeyman Electrician, I had the opportunity to purchase Eastern in early 2002. We celebrate this monumental event each year in spring with an Open House Party. After owning Eastern for only a few months, I realized that no shop in town had ever given real customer service.
