Long Wait

My rating for this auto repair shop will be ZERO if I find out I am being ripped off. PLEASE comment on it and let me know if I am being ripped off or not. I went there for state inspection and they told me the headlights had to be adjusted before they will give me a pass on the inspection. They charged me 40 dollar for this service. I feel like this is something that I could do myself, but I was worried about f... view moreailing the inspection, so I let them do it for me instead. I felt like being cheated!!! Another thing they did for me is to change one of the three Powersteering (PS) belts. They charged me 65 dollars for this (including parts and labor). I am not sure if this is a rip off price. If I were to change all the 3 PS belt, they would charge me like 160 bucks. I only wanted to pass my state inspection and I had no problem with my car before, but I ended up spending 120 bucks at this place (this is after 50% off on the state inspection using their coupon, saving me about $8), walking out with one new PS belt only. The worst thing is that I waited 3 hours when they told me it`d be about 1 hour wait. There were only a few people in there!!!
