I have been others places before but none like this. The staff shows you what your car needs gives a fair price and has payment plans.... what the heck I now have seen it all. I am in love with this place. Been here now @ 3 times already and each time always clean and friendly. The techs do great work and actually talk to us! I will return and would recommend 2 thumbs up here.

Hard to speak to a mechanic for information and for the high cost of repairs this is frustrating. May seem efficient at first but I would suggest caution in trusting them. I have decided not to use them anymore. Forgot to do a simple thing during a tune up and also did not do a good job on a major repair.

I actually shopped around and found them to be the best price, they even advertise to beat a price if we have one. Come on now who can beat that? 5 stars for me Great prices, Great customer service and great service I will return.

OVER PRICED

The customer service is very good. They are extremely nice BUT they are NOT nice on your wallet. I was told I have a hole in my radiator & to fix it it would cost me $650. Thank goodness my dad stopped me before I paid that. A new radiator only cost $130 for my car they were going to charge $250 an hour in labor! Will never recommend to friends.

I have been using Platinum Plus since they opened. I have received nothing but excellent service and great pricing from day one. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and show a genuine concern for making sure I am always satisfied with whatever service i take my truck in for - just as if it were one of their own. I recommended Platinum Plus to everyone! I will continue to use them !! Great job!!!

wow! amazing! oh yeah sweet!

I loved this place. I go to va state university and have told all of my friends and family about this place. They make me feel like family and they hooked me up with a student discount. They were busy but it was definitely worth the wait. Next time I will just drop it off. At least they fed me pizza, it was so good! I needed an inspection and it passed. Best automotive experiance eve...

Best automotive experiance ever. Staff was prompt, professional, and curteous. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Not only was my ticket less than expected, but Platinum also offered me a fix now pay later option. I absolutely hate spending time in a repair shop. But if I have to, it will be at Platinum.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again. I walked in for an inspection appointment I had 20 minutes before the time of my appointment. There were several people standing in line and no one waiting on us. Finally a man walked in, but did not greet us until I said something to him. I told him I was there for my appointment, but he told me that they were not taking any appointments because they were &... view morequot;caught up on an engine job." He said he would check to see if they could fit me in. I told him if it would be a while I would just leave, but they told me they had time. They took my car back, and I waited, waited, and waited some more. Finally, I asked about my car, and I was told by a lady (wife of the owner) that it would only be a few minutes. Over an hour later, I finally told them that I needed my car whether my inspection was done or not! About 30 minutes after that, they finally printed my ticket, which took another 20 minutes. After arguing with me about why I needed a receipt, they finally printed one and told me I was through, however, they had not given me my keys back. Finally, I walked outside and found my car. Platinum Plus has the worst service, dirty facility, rude employees, and an overall slack attitude, and no one should give them any business.
