Horrible experience

Aside from the fact that they wanted to charge $240 to replace the battery the blonde woman who runs the office was very rude she was very mean unhelpful was a very foul mouth She actually cussed several times she seemed very agitated but we were very polite and friendly with her maybe it`s time for a new receptionist I was appalled by her behavior
