Great Customer Service! I went to this Firestone for an oil change expecting to get the same run around that auto mechanics always give. However I was suprised when the manager himself helped me! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He did advise me of some preventative maintence however were never pushy and when I got home I checked the factory recommendations for maintence and they were dead on.I will definately be bac... view morek
