NEVER GO THERE, especially if you are a woman. I was told that my radiator needed to be replaced since it was leaking and could not be repaired. I found a trusted friend who is a mechanic, he looked at it for free and told me it was not leaking and that there was not a thing wrong with it. Firestone suggests, even if you go in for an oil change or ailment, that something on your vehicle needs to be repaired or repl... view moreaced. They do this EVERY time I have ever gone in. I would like to give this company a minus star rating, but cannot. I only gave it one star, because I had to. BEWARE of anyone telling you something is wrong every time you go to them for service.
