I am a widow and have never had to take car of a car in my life. I went straight from high school in to marraige. After 46 years of marraige my husband has passed. dewitts makes me :(

Took in my car for my yearly inspection. They failed it, which was perfectly fine, its an old car. They listed these reasons for the failed inspection: front tires, rear brake shoes, rear brake lights, brake line in the front. Later upon personal inspection, its obvious the front tires needed replaced, so I replaced them. The rear brake shoes didn`t REALLY need replaced, but I replaced them anyway. My rear brake ... view morelights were working fine (I don`t know why they told me they weren`t), and the brake line in the front was fine as well. I returned to get my car reinspected. They failed it again, but not for any of the un-fixed reasons that they failed me before. No, this time they listed new reasons. I asked the woman in the front why they didn`t see this last time (headlights aimed incorrectly, not something really difficult to see) Her response was: "I dunno". They also told me that I didn`t adjust my rear brake shoes correctly, and they adjusted them for me...but I DID adjust them correctly, and they reset them, and now my emergency brake does not work. They also felt the need to put my 32psi-recommended pressure front tires to to >50psi. There was also a message on their front business sign which basically surmounted to "HURRR OBAMA IS DUMB". No one cares about your political opinion.

HORRIBLE

We recently took our car here to have the air conditioner fixed. Their techs found and fixed (what they assumed) was the problem, and 1 day after we picked up our vehicle the AC was still not working. We took it back to them a second time and they told us it was a different part that needed to be replaced, and so we replaced it. To make a long story short, our AC is still not working and they have had our vehicle 5 t... view moreimes. DO NOT take your car here, they will charge you for whatever they want, whether it needs to be replaced or not. They clearly have no idea what they are doing, and they could care less if your car is not working, as long as they have their money they are happy. Since taking it there, many people in the area have told me their own horror stories about this place, so beware.
