These people are scammers! They offer ""free oil changes for life"". They don`t tell you that synthetic is not covered. When you go to get it serviced, because if you don`t get it there it voids your warranty, they tell you that you signed a waiver when you bought the car. These people are horrible. Don`t trust them!

Best auto service in town

I have been going to First Team Auto Mall for the past 10 years and have purchased 3 cars over that time. While my kids lived in town, I always have taken the cars to 1st Team for service. Sure, I guess you can get them serviced for a couple of dollars less from Joe`s Garage but you would not get the professional personal service I have gotten from Ted Arven (Subaru Service Manager). Friendly, Communicable, not $$$

As a student at VT, I was reluctant to go to the dealer. Anyways I had the CEL light on and a few other things needed. With a four hour wait there are plenty of things to do within walking distance (putt-putt), Kroger, public library). Best car dealership in the area
