My husband and I are a military couple new the the Newport News area and felt very welcome at Hall Ford. Clint greeted us when we pulled onto the lot and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We both knew exactly what we wanted and what we could afford and the team at hall (salesman, sales manager, and finance team) did not push us to pay for any more than we had asked, they actually were able to get us unde... view morer our expected payment! As a previous car salesman I was very hesitant to step into a dealership with all the stress we are under from the move to Virginia from the west coast but the team here at Hall made the process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and was willing to listen to our wants and needs rather than try to convince us otherwise! I would recommend Hall to any of my friends or family and never think twice! I saw the new Ford Edge on TV ...

I saw the new Ford Edge on TV so I stopped by Hall Ford just to check it out and see what it drives like. My old car had lots of miles on it and it was time to trade it in. I was dreading the whole ordeal, but I was pleasantly suprised to find that I wasn`t pressured to buy. But I did! The Sales team was incredible! They gave me all the info I needed and allowed me to make my own descision and they worked together i... view morenstead of fighting to get the commision. The Sales manager , Dan, was courteous and very helpful. The finance guy, (dont remember his name but he always wears bowties) didn`t push me to buy stuff i didnt need. great overall experience
