I needed to have my truck brakes serviced and was preparing to D.I.M when I dropped in to sears looking for clearance tools, as I am well qualified to do my own work but have no access to specialty tools or shop. My technician is Nana and was super!!. He inspected the breaks with a through breakdown and reassembly finding nothing wrong, and went the extra step by asking why I brought it in. STAY AWAY FROM THE SEARS AUTO CENTER

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP. I stopped in for Alignment and they cut my front tires because they did NOT position the car properly on the machine. They replaced 1 of the front tires when it was both front tires that were slashed. The manager CHAD is unwilling to resolve the issue of 2nd tire. My car is barely 4 months old and only 6k miles on the original tires. I have no reason to get new 2nd tire tha... view moret was cut by SEARs. If this shop cannot even do alignment and actually cut your tires...i dont think you should or anyone go here for any other work...Alignment is simple...Bunch of incompentants and sleazy management. BTW, i was out of town in charlottesville and basically they put me and my family in harms way of driving back with cut tires....i was 200 miles away from home to this store.......Dont even get anything done here for FREE or as matter of fact even if they pay you dont do it.....REALLY HORRIBLE and BUNCH OF CROOKS and INCOMPETANTS....GOVERNMENT should shut down this facility....imagine mechanic who does not know how put the car up on the machine correctly and cut your tires then management refuse to standup to the wrong doings.
