Every time I deal with Larry ...

Every time I deal with Larry and Chris, the mechanic, I am well pleased. These guys have treated me well as a customer and remember who I am when I call on them. They have even gone out of their way to help me out with transporting my vehicle when I encountered obstacles.(At no additional charge). They told what work was going to be done, the price, and when it would be complete. The work was good, the price was ri... view moreght and did not change, and my vehicle was ready for pick on the date I was told. For every story there is 3 sides, yours, theirs, and the truth. I definitely reccomend these guys and will always call on them for my vehicle needs.

The Worst Service I Have Ever Recieved

I thought I needed to share the experience I had with this company since it was by far the WORST I have ever experienced. The specifics are quite long so I will keep it brief. To summarize I had a car towed to Larry`s Towing to have some repair work done on it. The phone number they have listed (875-1415) is the number I would call to get updates and information on the vehicle. Each time I would call the actual s... view moreervice men that did all the work at the repair shop were quite respectful, I have no complaints there. But after about four weeks of not having the car quite ready (I was patient because it was the holidays) I called the same number listed above to get an update on the status of my vehicle. This time a man named Larry answered the phone and I figured it was the owner of the place, which later on I did confirm. Now here is where all the issues began because I called to simply get an update on the car, I was very respectful as I always am and I never met with such ignorance, hostility and lack of respect in my life. In our initial conversation he was very agitated and claimed he didn`t have the car I was asking about, which of course I know he did because I had spoken to several technicians before this particular conversation and actually went to their listed address, and of course the car was there. So after our brief conversation he said he would check the repair shop to see if they had that particular car and he would call back. Well I didn`t hear from him that evening so I called back the next day to get an update and that`s when I met with a man that seemed to have no sense of customer service or basic respect for people. Besides the Profanity that he used toward me, he also hung up the phone on me several times while yelling at the top of his lungs. Larry had the most irrational actions of any businessman or person I have ever experienced. I did not yell in return I simply wanted to know the status of my vehicle and in the midst of his rant he screamed out the number to the repair shop which is different from the one listed above. Of course I could not understand the number he was yelling so I had to keep calling back to get the number and each time he answered the phone yelling and always finished by hanging up before I could get a word in. Now I entitle everyone to a bad day, but the way I was treated by the owner of Larry`s Towing was unacceptable, irrational and not worth the patience I showed them because it was the holiday season. This was by far the worst customer experience I ever had and would not recommend this place to anyone. Using profanity toward a calm customer and continually hanging up the phone on them and threatening to block their number without giving them the information they ask for is not the way to do business. I am also a business man and would never treat a customer or any person the way Larry did. I wish I didn`t have to write this, but I do not want anyone else to have to experience what I did. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
