The service at Strosnider Chevrolet Inc. dealer is pretty horrible; employees are careless and are always in a hurry. Undermining safety and technical standards imposed by the General Motors technical specifications on most vehicles. First time I took my car in to get an AC unit put in, was told it can be done professionally and safely. The technician forgot to secure my cars powers steering fluid, causing my vehic... view morele to loose steering on the freeway. Second time I took the car in for tire mount and balance, oil change, and dealer advertised 27 point inspection which they never told me what it actually was, not even on the print out. I waited for 2 hours and was told my spark plug was bad and they could change it not problem with parts on hand. Come to find out after inspecting my car on pick the timing sensor in the car was not plugged in during spark plug change. I gave this place another chance to redeem itself but it failed. For the prices they are changing and service given this place is taking advantage of people, even with 94$ credit on bad labor. I recommend find another Chevy dealer near you!
