Best Bang for your Buck in Fairfax

What can I say? Are you tired of being run over and talked down to by the dealer ? Tired of over inflated dealer pricing and scare tactics ? This shop is the anti thesis to dealerships nationwide. It`s a small shop that`s long on quality. They work on Saab and Volvo exclusively. They will address the problem that you came in with, not a lot of stuff that any dealer would point to and say "You need to do this ri... view moreght now!". Mark will perform a complete top to bottom inspection on your car when you bring it in. He`ll tell you what you need now, and what can wait a while. Mind you, no safety issues are ever ignored, as safety is a primary concern with any vehicle. But hey, If your brakes can wait 6 months to be replaced and still be well within safety standards, what`s not to like ? Car repair is an expensive, and often painful subject for most people. Mark takes that gruesome feeling away by his approach to car repair. No hurry, no rush. You don`t get your car back until he`s satisfied that it`s good to go. Talk about getting a warm and fuzzy feeling. By the way, they only use OEM parts for repairs, all the way down to light bulbs. No cheap Chinese replacements that last 6 months and die. Do you have lots of black brake dust on your front wheels? They will introduce you to Metal Master pads. They put off a WHITE brake dust, are less subject to fading, are rotor friendly, and last longer than Volvo OEM brake pads. How about that ? My wife`s 240 got 60,000 miles from a set of those brakes. And let me tell you, she`s hard on brakes. That`s all for now. But if you wanna keep your car in top running condition, this is where I would to.

Five Star Service - From 2nd Generation Patron

This Shop is Wonderful! I have been bringing my wagon and now my sedan to Mark for ten years. Swedish Import Service has provided trustworthy service and advice every time. I belong to one of those families that only drive Volvos (Volvos cared for by Swedish Import Service). My parents have three Volvos right now and they all are cared for by Mark. Forget About the Dealer !!!

I`ve been coming to this garage for a while now and the service has never been anything but excellent. Unlike the dealership, they don`t tell you that your car needs a bunch of repairs or the wheels will fall off. The quality of work is superior to most shops and the warm and fuzzy feeling when you leave is priceless. I know that when I pick my car up the work is done to the highest standards and I don`t have... view more to worry about "did they fix it right" ? Small shop, long on quality.
