C E R is a family owned & operated full service auto repair shop. We offer NAPA Parts with the NAPA Nationwide Warranty. We do preventative maintenance & repairs including: alignments, brakes, oil changes, tire mount & balance, tune ups, A/C service, engine computer diagnostics, front end work, engine & transmission replacement. We sell & install batteries-bulbs & wipers blades. C E R Auto Service got its start in a garage in western Hanover County where Rick Yates taught his son Eric everything he knows about vehicle maintenance. ?ˆ?If you take care of your vehicle, it will take care of you,?ˆ? was the philosophy passed down from father to son. Eric took that philosophy with him to J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College where he earned his degree in Automotive Technology. Together with their friend and skilled mechanic, Chris Kelley, they turned that philosophy into a business plan. On St Patrick?ˆ™s Day in 2008, C E R Auto Service opened the doors of its new home behind Carter Lumber. C E R is a family owned and operated business with a commitment to providing quality service at reasonable prices for its customers. At C E R, Eric and Chris will take care of your car as if it was their own. Each vehicle brought to the shop receives the ?ˆ?We Care Services?ˆ? as part of the repair or maintenance being performed on the vehicle. The ?ˆ?We Care Services?ˆ? includes such things as visually inspecting the underside of the vehicle, tires, exhaust system, drive train, hoses, belts, wiper blades and much more, every time your vehicle comes in for service at no extra charge. This service is what C E R believes keeps their customers safe. While Chris, Eric and Rick hope to see C E R expand over the years, you can always expect that small town atmosphere of a family owned business when you walk through the door.
